It’s the perfect book for understanding how the internet age is changing the English language\, why that’s a good thing\, and what our online interactions reveal about who we are. \nGretchen McCulloch is the Resident Linguist at Wired and has also written for Slate\, the Washington Post\, Mental Floss\, and The Toast. She is the creator of the daily linguistics blog All Things Linguistic\, and the co-creator of Lingthusiasm\, a podcast that’s enthusiastic about linguistics.
