Frank Nixon is delighted to announce that he will be participating in the 2026 Knowlton Literary Festival in Knowlton (Lac-Brome), Quebec, on October 15, 2026.

An author and former journalist with deep roots in Quebec’s Eastern Townships, Frank spent many years covering the people, places, and events that shape life in the region. A graduate of McGill University and Concordia University, he contributed hundreds of articles to community newspapers throughout the Townships.

His debut novella, Wayward Voices, draws on those experiences. Set in the fictional town of Wayward, the story follows a disgraced Montreal reporter seeking refuge in a small Eastern Townships community while confronting the mistakes, memories, and relationships that continue to haunt him.

Frank looks forward to meeting readers and discussing the inspiration behind Wayward Voices at this year’s festival.
