For the Atwater Library Lunchtime Series, veteran CJAD broadcaster Tommy Schnurmacher discusses his memoir Makeup Tips from Auschwitz: How Vanity Saved My Mother’s Life.  The book tells the story of how his Jewish mother got two top Nazis to save her life and the powerful impact that had on their relationship.

With Q&A and discussion.  Coffee and biscuits served.
Copies of the book will be on sale.
