Book Launch: Everclear by Jennifer DeLeskie

On October 8 at 7 pm, join Jennifer DeLeskie for the launch of her debut novel, Everclear, at Montreal’s Pulp Books & Café, in conversation with author Su J. Sokol.

Everclear, a YA near-future thriller set in Eeyou Istchee, northern Québec, follows 16-year-old Kai Mendelsohn, a girl raised inside an extractive, homogenizing system. When her father disappears, she is forced out of the compound and into the wider world, where she begins to confront the consequences of the society that shaped her—and the possibility of another way.
