ABOUT THE AUTHOR AND TRANSLATOR
Originally from Quebec City, Jean-Michel Fortier studied literature at l’Université Laval and film at l’Université de Montréal. He is the author of Le chasseur inconnu (The Unknown Huntsman), Les bains électriques (The Electric Baths), La révolution d’Agnès. It’s All Coming Back to Me Now, the English translation of Tout me revient maintenant, is his fourth novel. He lives in Québec City.
Jonathan Kaplansky won the French Voices Award to translate Annie Ernaux’s Things Seen (La vie extérieure) and recently translated the libretto for an opera by Hélène Dorion and Marie-Claire Blais: Yourcenar: une île de passions. He lives in Montreal.
