January 19-25, 2026, Hotel Gault, Old Port, Montreal. Please join us for a relaxing, luxurious retreat with environmental writers from the US and Canada. https://www.nature-culture.net/montreal-retreat-2026 This small gathering at a boutique hotel with gourmet meals is a time away from the fray to start the new year with focus on your own writing and to recenter among like-minded writers. There is an option for day attendance for Quebec residents. The event culminates in a reading (with vending opportunity through Librarie Bertrand); and includes an embodiment mapping project (optional). Confirmed conversation leaders include Lise Weil, Thomas Ian Shaw, and Anne Bergeron.
