How to create a cultural event to promote English-language authors living in Quebec?

In this Lunch & Learn, Russell Fralich will describe the founding of the Blue Metropolis Literary Festival, created to support these “écrivains sans pays” amidst the perennial tension between the English and French cultural communities in Montreal.

The presentation will explore his co-produced business case study, Le lancement du festival littéraire Metropolis bleu, which draws on interviews with Festival co-founder Linda Leith and archival documents, and is now used as a teaching case at HEC Montréal.
