With a focus on fostering Indigenous voices, this event warmly invites all forms of storytellers to gain insights into the publishing process. During this workshop, participants will delve into the fundamental aspects of publishing.

Our facilitators will guide attendees through a comprehensive exploration of the ins and outs of traditional publishing, demystifying common misconceptions and equipping them with the necessary tools to navigate this dynamic industry. By providing a platform for the cultivation and affirmation of Indigenous voices, Medicine Wheel Publishing is committed to nurturing diversity and inclusivity within the literary landscape.

This session aims to empower Indigenous individuals by sharing valuable knowledge and strategies to bring their narratives to life through children’s literature.
