The Words & Music Show: Home for the Holidays
Presented in partnership with Confabulation, Montreal’s all-true storytelling series, Home for the Holidays will feature the music of Sarah Segal-Lazar, and six storytellers will bring it all home with stories about crowded rooms, curious customs, weary travelers, joy, fatigue, function and dysfunction, excitement and expectations.
Call for Storytellers
Storytellers are invited to share a 6- to 8-minute autobiographical story exploring the theme of the event. Stories are told without notes, props, or gimmicks. All storytellers are paired with a Confabulation coach who will help to guide you in shaping your story. The deadline to submit a story is Sunday, November 8.
If you have a story send a pitch summarizing your story in a few sentences to Confabulation: montreal@confabulation.ca.
