On Monday October 6, 7:30PM – 9PM at John Molson Building Floor 9, Concordia University, 1600 Maisonneuve Blvd. W, Montreal, Writers Read will welcome Billy-Ray Belcourt to read and discuss his new book.

Billy-Ray Belcourt is a writer and academic from the Driftpile Cree Nation, and Associate Professor in the school of Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia. He is the author of five national bestselling books: This Wound is a World, NDN Coping Mechanisms: Notes from the Field, A History of My Brief Body, A Minor Chorus, and Coexistence. He released his sixth book, The Idea of An Entire Life, in September 2025.
