Nora Loreto is a Quebec City-based writer and podcaster known for her sharp political analysis. She writes short- and longform journalism for a variety of magazines and online publications, and her second book, Take Back The Fight: Organizing Journalism in the Digital Age, will be released in October 2020. Her podcast, Sandy and Nora Talk Politics, co-hosted with Sandy Hudson, is one of Canada’s most popular news analysis podcasts.
Nora teaches communications skills workshops to adults involved in their unions, all across Canada. With students, Nora would explore literary nonfiction and critical analysis to inspire students to think differently and write compelling arguments, in the format of the teacher’s preference. She is also prepared teach podcasting workshops.
