Marianne Ackerman is a playwright, novelist, short story writer and journalist. She taught playwrighting at McGill, and ran a writing workshop series in Provence for several years. Her most recent play Triplex Nervosa will be published later this year by Guernica Editions, as part of the Triplex Nervosa Trilogy, along with an essay, Where Do Plays Come From? Where Do They Go? She enjoys interacting with students about writing, culture, new media and careers in any of these fields.
