Scholarship Opportunities
Each workshop season, QWF offers up to eight scholarships through two programs (four scholarships each):
- Fresh Pages Workshop Scholarships, for writers who are Black, Indigenous, or people of colour (BIPOC)
- Needs-Based Workshop Scholarships, for writers who would not be able to attend a workshop without one
Scholarships are open to writers of all ages and abilities. There is no publication requirement.
Applications are assessed in the order in which they are received, so we encourage you to apply early.
Please click the links above for more information on each scholarship program.
