~ Youth involved are perceptibly more self-assured and from the confidence came the motivation to pursue the video project. ~ Youth saw that it was possible for them to be leaders in video project, moblising friends to perform. Young woman poet was boosted by taking on opening role in video. ~ Youth scripted music video and were central to the filming of it. They posted it on YouTube and got 15,000 hits in first two weeks.
