We loved it, see more self esteem. Written expression is a one way to gain self esteem. After trauma, the work is rewarding, it was amazing. The kids were telling things they don’t usually.

They were animated and excited to engage. And wanted sessions to be longer so they could apply and practice. .. Also incorporating their art work made them realize that creative writing and sketches or colored paper can bring life to their words, thoughts and ideas.
